I provide services to both Labour User and Labour Provider businesses and these services are as follows;Social Compliance Audits - these can be tailored to your needs but my standard audit covers all of the GLAA's Licensing Standards and applicable Laws.Consultancy for Labour Users - I can advise businesses on how they can monitor their Labour Providers and help develop processes for ensuring they are compliant.Consultancy for Labour Providers - I can advise businesses on a range of issues including; Right to Work, implementing the Good Work Plan, health and safety provision, preparing your business for a Sedex or Clearview audit and the National Minimum Wage Regulations.Modern Slavery Act Consultancy - I can assist businesses with writing Modern Slavery Statements and helping consult on the checks they can add to their operation to spot potential signs of exploitation.

Ensuring that the business complies with UK Law and operates within the parameters of our GLA Licence, my main duties to ensure that this is achieved are:• Conducting checks on workers’ eligibility to work• Conducting checks on workers’ accommodation, contact details and bank details to ensure identify potential exploitation to workers in the business• Conducting ethical audits at the businesses onsite locations and branches and producing audit reports to directors and regional managers, should any issues arise I assist by putting together a corrective action plan for the site• Taking complaints from workers and investigating further where appropriate• Assisting the Police, GLA or Home Office with their enquiries within the business• Interviewing workers at the businesses’ sites around the UK to ensure that they understand their employment rights and to check their welfare

General administrative duties and supervision of the Referencing Department, my main duties were: • Supervision of the Referencing Department and the processes involved in carrying out referencing• Liaising with clients and keeping them updated with the progress of work we carry out for them• Updating databases and candidate files• Final checks on paperwork to be submitted to the Department for Transport• Chasing referees to ensure paperwork is completed promptly• Advising of new processes we could use to keep up with competitors
