By working with athletes to improve their mental toughness, and in turn their calmness, composure, and confidence, we can help athletes reach their goals faster!The mental toughness framework in which I use in my own work is known to account for up to 25% variation in performance. So it’s true: if you think better, you’ll train better and you’ll perform better!
