I worked at Telefonica - O2 for 10 months as a part time Sales Assistant. Here my responsibilities included dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face, setting up contracts and dealing with any needs our customers may have. Here I learnt how to interact with customers, legal processes with regards to credit agreements and sales techniques.

At Farleigh Court Golf Course I was a part time waiter for 4 months. While I was here my roles and duties included serving clients food and drinks, setting up for events and catering to their every needs. During my time in this role I learnt a lot about customer service and I had a small insight into the luxury sector.
