After initially starting out as a Tele Manager in a bank, I have gained many years’ experience facilitating strategic partnerships between my clients and technology companies. My customer centric approach and attention to detail has driven many value based and honestly informed relationships for companies of all sizes.My mission is to help companies make the most of every customer contact, and to enhance the performance and management of their operations and workforce. I work with my clients to understand their operation and more importantly, their pains – and then offer solutions to overcome those pains with technologies that work on top of, or alongside, their existing telecommunications infrastructure. My clients are companies with outbound or inbound contact teams(reps/agents) who are handling customer communication, usually over the phone. The companies I work with are realizing improved results through increased productivity. They have access to real-time analytics that enable them to manage their business more effectively, and to create more effective contact strategies that maximize agent resources by contacting their customers at the best time, to get the best result.
