Project Manager Technical / Construction Manager AT&T (Collabera) 2/3/2014 to Present Project Manager Technical for the Northeast Construction and Engineering department running a multi-year Fixed Generator installation project. With experience in Mobility installation processes and a strong preference of expertise in Fixed Generator installations and best practices. This position will serves as a Construction Manager and is a member of a 3 person team working directly with a small team of market vendors performing tasks associated with Fixed Generator site installations. The 3 man team is comprised of a Market PM, a Construction Manager and a Site Acquisition specialist. This is not a supervisory position, but leadership and past experience in leading teams is a necessity. Assists with the Fixed Generator Program as a Construction Manager for the various markets. Interacts with vendor construction crews and vendor project managers on a daily basis. Reviews specs and provides guidance on roadblocks encountered during construction. Manages Autforms/CSS/CASPR/Pace/Oracle and data integrity for Fixed Generator Projects. Attend conference calls with Turf vendors and provide reports to stakeholders on status and compliance with CASPR data integrity. Also works with the ANGELS system to enter EH&S data for generators.

As directed and within Ransome’s established policies and procedures, provide on-site project management of assigned sales projects in a manner that achieves departmental and corporate objectives and promotes the highest level of customer satisfaction. Provide support to Sales and Service departments within Ransome involving technical expertise, quotes, design, troubleshooting, training, process improvement etc. A. Provide cost projections, design recommendations, systems integration and commissioning idea, etc., as requested by sales and operations personnel. B. Respond timely to inquiries and questions related to project status/specifics and provide regular status and update reports as needed/requested. C. Full collaboration with sales and service operations. II. Project Management: A. Gain a comprehensive knowledge of assigned projects by reviewing all available information . B. Visit the job sites in advance of equipment deliveries to appraise the conditions, formulate a plan of action and identify potential problems. D. Accurately track and administer on-site project schedules and coordinate associated activities of projects with service dept. E. Schedule and/or attend project planning, status and problem resolution meeting with contractor, customer, vendor, project management, as necessary to keep the project on schedule and within cost estimates or to resolved problems, issues, warranty, etc. F. Promote the highest level of job site safety and insures all support personnel comply with all Ransome, contractor, and customer safety rules and regulations at all times when on job site. G. Maintain positive vendor relations. III. Financial/Costs Control: A. Meet projected cost targets on all assigned projects. B. Manage projects economically to minimize costs while maintaining high standards. C. Advise Manager of actual or expected significant cost and/or specification variances.

Core Responsibilities• Helps to ensure optimization of region Business Services construction activity in leveraging all construction activity (business) to capture business objectives, balancing cost and operational efficiency with timing trade-offs. • Provide or assist in the coordination with design engineering to define key policies: • Ensure alignment, coordination and communications with the appropriate engineering, technical operations and other cross functional departments as needed. • Reviews work conducted by the approved vendors and FTI ensure accuracy of all plant design. • Tracks and makes recommendations regarding all projects within the regions and ensures all projects meet or exceed minimum specification to Policy, FCC Technical Standards, NEC, OSHA, State, County and/or City, and all other agencies

DC Power Engineer (Kinecticom/ AT&T Mobility, Common Systems Northeast MPNE Core AT&T ) 09/08 to 07/09)• Provide core equipment engineering services to a large wireless communications provider and to internal clients. • Attend project walk-through at Company owned sites to gain an understanding of existing layout and loading standards in order to design and/or optimize the design of iron-work frames to accommodate power supplies, telecom cables, and fiber. • Research and prepare business cases and feasibility studies. • Prepare project for handoff to Project Manager.
