Having graduated with my BSc in Psychology and MSc in Kinesiology and currently pursuing my Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification, I have the knowledge and experience necessary to thrive in an entry-level psychology role. Originally from London, England, I am a former NCAA Division 1 student-athlete. As both an athlete and an assistant psychologist, time management, work ethic, and organization are key to being successful. By moving to the US after completing high school in the UK, I have strengthened my adaptability and resilience. Being a product of a culturally diverse background and upbringing, social justice and equity are key interests of mine. These traits have enabled me to develop a driven mindset that will allow me to support athletes in chasing their performance goals.
