• Responsible for bringing to life the new Waterford Crystal brand proposition and values, developing a consumer-centric approach and creating a narrative to deliver editorial led content solutions across all brand touch.

• Assist project lead in key UX tasks such as Persona Development, Use Journey Mapping, Empathy Mapping and Value Proposition Canvas' to ensure project is focused on the needs of the user.

My role as a Junior Developer at The Partnership positions me at the forefront of the ever-changing languages and frameworks of the web design industry. As I become more involved in persona development and user research, my grasp of UX is constantly improving.
