I assist customers in placing orders, providing technical support, and resolving issues in an effective and timely manner.I have a BA in Public and Social Policy from the University of Galway, where I developed analytical, research, and communication skills. I also have experience as a warehouse operative at Genfitt, where I collected, prepared, and checked warehouse orders, optimized space, and ensured goods were not damaged. I am a friendly, reliable, hard-working, and trustworthy individual who works well with others and has a willingness to learn new skills.
