I'm a committee member and vineyard management volunteer for London's 10 acre community vineyard in Enfield, North London. Largely looked after by local volunteers, the vineyard is the first commercial scale vineyard in London since the middle ages. Forty Hall Vineyard is certified organic and dedicated to demonstrating environmentally sustainable farming and vine-growing practices.We produce English still and sparkling wines.

A lead role for the Strategic Relationship Management team covering Financial & Professional Services.The Strategic Relationship Management team provides a framework to ensure the City of London has a well coordinated, collaborative, strategic, outcome-focussed investor relations approach with key Financial and Professional Services partners. This includes leading our engagement and partnerships with key investors and financial services businesses for major initiatives like COP-26 and other sustainable finance activity such as voluntary carbon markets and GFANZ. We are also helping to shape the post-Brexit regulatory landscape. I work closely with financial services clients to understand their challenges, identifying the most appropriate solutions within Albany Beck's suite of professional services and ensuring the most suitable Albany Beck consultants are onsite and delivering as quickly as possible.I focus on having a deep understanding of a selection of our banking clients to ensure that Albany Beck provides the very best service to them. Collaboration is at the heart of my role. This includes working with clients to scope projects for initiation, addressing failing projects and understanding the immediate and long-term priorities to ensure that our consultants are fit for purpose both now and in the future. This includes designing training and development programmes for our consultants that match our clients future needs and ensuring our consultants are always equipped to match the current and future demands of our clients.Once our consultants are deployed onsite I work with both the client and our consultants to ensure that effective delivery is consistently and rigorously maintained. I also use my knowledge of our clients to ensure that our strategic partnerships are consistently developing and that Albany Beck's services evolve to help our clients in the future as as well as now. Albany Beck runs two practices, one across Data and Technology, with the other supporting traditional business functions in financial services such as Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Treasury.

I was responsible for managing a selection of Investment and corporate banking client relationships and solutions delivery. Managing the associate consultant team to ensure it was always capable of meeting the rigorous challenges our clients face. IBAM Consulting provides Management Consulting services business wide with my focus being Risk Management, Finance and Front Office (sales and trading) support. This covered both Regulatory & Strategic initiatives including regulations such as Margin Reform, IFRS9, FRTB, Stress Testing, Brexit and initiatives such as General Ledger Implementations, Capital and Collateral Optimisation, Front Office Risk Management, model development, data science, analytics and systems implementations.

As Director I was responsible for establishing the necessary permissions, organisation & operational fulfillment of the City of London Mile 1 mile road race. This included attaining a Headline Sponsor for the event, establishing other race partners to ensure the financial viability of the event and managing the annual budgets. I worked closely with the City of London Corporation for permissions alongside the governing bodies for athletics and emergency services and acted as the main point of contact for all external communications.

Responsible for the identification and management of international sporting talent to IAAF accredited Run-Fast Sports Management, working with a global network of talent scouts and coaches to ensure Run-Fast identified and signed the best sporting talent onto its books. I also negotiated event appearance deals and prize money schedules on behalf of all our talent, whilst continually exploring new commercial avenues to maximise their earning potential. I was responsible for developing and maintaining the companies sports brand partnerships and the brand ambassador contracts of Run-Fast's athletes.
