Currently undertaking a two year graduate development scheme with SIG plc, a FTSE 250 company and one of Europe's leading distributors of specialst building products. My role is to assist in the implementation of a multimillion-pound ERP system (Kerridge 8) across the vast network of branches throughout the UK. Key responsibilities include:• Communicating project updates with senior and regional management and branch employees• Presenting key stages of the project to regional and branch management teams• Redesigning warehouse structures and developing current and proposed warehouse maps in accordance with a warehouse management system• Producing process maps of end to end ways of working• Maintaining mode of operation documents for multiple branches including the configuration setup for each branch• Assisting in the training of branch staff on new ERP system• Guiding and supporting staff through change management process in order to oversee a smooth transition.
