• Provide expert level Tier-3 support for Field Services, Network Support, consulting and Training organizations primarily for Web Application Firewall Product (Application Security Manager).• Established as the go-to person when it comes to complex and/or political cases.• Consistent work with Product Development and Product Management to ensure products are implemented in ways that meet customer requirements.• Security expert in prominent attack vectors (D/DOS, Brute Force, Business logic, OWASP top 10)• Creation and delivery of training material (product, security, sales)• Annual participates in OWASP conference.• Expert knowledge in multi-product and multi-tiered deployments of security products.
