Club plus aPrivate Villa amenity.• Estancia at Wiregrass, voted Master Planned Community of the Year for 4 years in a row by theTampa Bay Builder’s Association. (2014-2017)• Arbor Grande, Sarasota County: 305 lots, lifestyle–amenity community, located within an awardwinning nationally recognized master planned community of Lakewood Ranch.

Redesigned non-performing residential communities, designed, entitled, permitted and constructed Breakfast Point, the first new community for JOE in northwest Florida in years with record returns. Developed builder programs for all communities and doubled lot revenue for the first three quarters of 2011, as compared to the former three quarters of 2010.Contracted a $10 million dollar build-to-suit for ITT’s new headquarters in West Bay, restructured a 400,000 square foot joint venture with Glimcher at Pier Park North and contract several commercial parcels including multifamily parcel in Top Sail.Restructured HOAs and CDD community fees to produce annual savings in the hundreds of thousands.

Notable accomplishments at Taylor Woodrow/Taylor Morrison:• Alaqua Lakes, Seminole County: 515-lot golf community with Tom Fazio golf course.• Waterchase, Hillsborough County: 765-lot lifestyle-amenity community• St. Johns Forest, St. Johns County: 535-lot lifestyle-amenity community.• 2004 TWC had $1.5 Billion in revenues.• Sales in 2006 and 2007 of excess property at St Johns Forest to School Board and FDOT for $115,000/acre.• Portico, Lee County: 1,200-lot lifestyle-amenity community; responsible for entitlements and planning.• Artisan Lakes, Manatee County: 2,600-lot lifestyle-amenity community; Completed DRI NOPC, planned, permitted and built 400 lots and produced a 10,000 sq. ft. central sales facility.• Magnolia Landing, Lee County: NOPC, resolved issues including (FDOT, USCOE, LCEC Easements, CDD Boundary, B Bond Redemption, Heron Glen’s HOA and Recreational District and personal residence) and transferred property to new owner.• Ladera, Hillsborough County: 168-lot community in Lutz; designed, permitted, constructed and sold lots at an average of $250,000 in 2006 and 2007.• Channing Park: 440-lot lifestyle-amenity community: designed, permitted and constructed for Taylor Morrison’s building operation.• Winthrop, Hillsborough County: 315-lot lifestyle-amenity community; designed, permitted and construction for Taylor Morrison’s building operation.• Pacifico, Sarasota: 300-lot lifestyle community; design.

Developed Alaqua community in Orlando, Florida (Lake Mary), oversaw construction of 35,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse, built Gary Player Golf Course, Gary Player’s personal home and the featured model home for the first Southeastern Building Conference in Orlando which also presented the inaugural Street of Dreams Show Case.
