- Six Sigma Green Belt (2 projects complete)- Responsible for manufacturing and process developments for a new product, spanning from the prototype phase to a production ramp-up phase with an estimated annual sales of $12 million- Project Lead the 1st phase of a floor layout redesign that reduced 10,000 sq. ft. to allow the removal of a second facility saving $80k annually in overhead operational costs.- Create, update, and/or control over 100 individual detailed work instructions for production assembly and machining processes for ISO standards and document control.- Championed Lean Project, reduced assembly floor space by over 50% and improving time standards by 25% with process flow optimizations.- Oversaw entire production floor (Medical, Military and Industrial)- Headed up Lean and 5S improvement programs, including re-layout of entire manufacturing process and production floor- Engineering Project Manager on over 30 projects simultaneously, including budgets, timelines and personnel assignments- Lead role/researcher in Patent Pending for Contact-less Power and Signal Transmission Device for a High Power Level Rotary Transformer- Executed purchase/planning and construction of 3 Million dollar CNC/Lathe and many other large capital equipment- Served on many committees including Quality Council- Designed numerous production fixtures, tools, material handling and storage- Training of all new employees- Customer Relations with GE Healthcare, including many customer visit for issues on their production floor
