Ensuring it is all accounted for and properly packed when deployed.• Compile fault reports, backload equipment and demand new stores to replace the broken kit in a timely manner. • Managing the equipment on the Ministry of Defence's fleet management system, JAMES. Identifying which equipment is tasked, fit for service, unserviceable equipment and highlighting faults, due maintenance, and the requisition of replacement parts.• Oversee construction and renovation projects that improve efficiency and to ensure the facilities meet environmental, health, safety, security standards and comply with government regulations.• Manage the troop (28 members currently) in the daily routine ensuring they complete all the available work, in addition to this I handle the welfare issues if any occur. • Helped provide a safer workplace by starting a weekly toolbox talk on site safety and mental health using the CITB GT700 publication.• Implemented improved safety procedures to minimize environmental risk and risk to individuals.• To assist the Lead Electrical Specialist design power plans for operations and exercises. • Deploy as the lead Electrician on exercises to support a 3-star NATO headquarters of 2000 personnel by installing power in the field from generators and maintaining it for periods of up to 4 months, ensuring that reactive and planned maintenance is carried out.
