Serves as the Chairman of the board and as Administrative Law Judge, in the capacity of liaison between the state board and the attorney general's office.Began my career in funeral service in 1989 at a local funeral home. I graduated from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1991 and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. The only funeral director in Henry County to achieve the CFSP (Certified Funeral Service Practitioner) designation from the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice.Held a position in regional funeral home management for eight years overseeing the operation of 35 funeral homes and 17 cemeteries in central Indiana and Ohio.

On Oct. 1, 2006 my father, Thomas L. Sproles, and I opened a brand new funeral services firm, Sproles Family Funeral Home. Sproles Family Funeral Home is a full service firm offering complete funeral care. We create meaningful and unique funerals and memorials. We offer burial and cremation services which may be planned at time of need or in advance of need. We are careful to partner with companies who offer only the best products for our client families. We also provide aftercare followup with families and grief support groups and events. Our 13,500 square foot facility was designed with comfort in mind and offers a warm and home like atmosphere including three spacious chapels, children's lounge, clergy office, and lounge where we provide guests with complimentary Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and soft drinks. Our Sproles Family Resource Center offers our community unique and high quality gifts such as candles, throws, books, music, angel figurines, paintings, purses, etc. Many area churches and nursing homes have accounts with our resource center and individuals come in daily. We utilize the latest in technology to improve services. We offer webcast funerals, personalized music playlists, tribute dvds, an interactive website, full print shop capabilities, top of line audio and video systems and automated administrative systems to streamline and quicken filing of necessary legal forms, reorder products and reduce administrative error. Most important are our highly trained, professional and caring staff members who deliver exceptional service and pay close attention to detail.
