Sole responsibility for designing, deploying and evaluating curriculum for the Xerox representatives responsible for the largest global and national accounts working directly with the Senior Vice President of Global Accounts. Deployed programs focused on business acumen, financial management, consultative selling and related topics designed to increase the customer value delivered by Xerox services and systems.

Served in a variety of human resource development roles including instructional designer, project manager and program manager. Responsible for the design and development of a wide range of instructional resources in all media and formats including interactive multimedia and web-based distance learning as well as traditional classroom training. Target audiences included sales representatives, systems analysts and technical service representatives as well as managers at a variety of levels. Responsible for designing curricula and programs for managers of national and global accounts. Conducted learning needs analyses and program evaluation for multiple audiences and roles.
