Assist port technicians in diagnosis and repair of Lexus and Toyota vehicles. Perform Accessory Quality Audits at 3 different vehicle processing facilities 3 times a year confirming overall vehicle processing facilitie' quality levels. Assist Port in investigating any quality issues related to accessories installed at port or vehicle processing facilities. Provide quality reports and feedback to manufacturing plants for North American and Japan built Toyota branded base vehicle quality issues as needed . Set up, support and perform quality surveys with plant, engineering and quality personnel. Support four southeastern US privately owned port processing facilities with technical or quality issues related to North American produced Toyota vehicles being exported to countries across the world. Developed with 3 team members a new Vehicle Processing Quality Audit for the 17 different Toyota vehicle processing centers located in North America. To confirm base vehicle and accessory quality quality at these facilities. Developed training and certification process for this audit and rolled out program. Created a VPQA reference manual for a one stop location for use by the on site auditors to ensure all materials related to auditing can be found in one location.

Responsible for monitoring Lexus Inspection line at Jacksonville port identifying and reporting quality issues related to Lexus vehicles. Responsible for new model launch quality activities. Chaired an inter-affilliate monthly meeting involving members from TMS Quality and Product Planning Groups, TEMA quality groups, engineering design groups and North American assembly plants to identify and request changes for "North American Customer Preference" issues requiring changes in design, specifications or layout to better meet the customer expectations and desires for Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Chaired bi-monthly video meeting with TMC to discuss NA customer preference issues with responsible parties in TMC. Was TMS Resident Engineer for 2010 Sienna acting as liason between TMS PQ&SS, engineering and North American assembly plant to quickly identify and resolve quality issues prior to and during launch of redesigned Sienna minivan. Liason activities included residence at assembly plant for 12 weeks during launch of Sienna.

QA Powertrain Engineer. Responsible for monitoring, identifying and getting field repairs developed and implemented for quality issues related to powertrain components. Provided Technical Assistance to technicians contacting 1-800 line on difficult to repair issues. Acted as mentor for new product engineers. Supervised summer interns and evaluated their performance to assist management in determining if an intern possessed the skills to work in Product Quality and Service Support (PQ&SS)Drafted Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) . Was member of committee to develop new quality issue tracking software developed by TMS PQ&SS (implemented in 2007.)and continued in working committee to kaizen additional improvements to system.
