Created a VPQA reference manual for a one stop location for use by the on site auditors to ensure all materials related to auditing can be found in one location.

Responsible for new model launch quality activities. Chaired an inter-affilliate monthly meeting involving members from TMS Quality and Product Planning Groups, TEMA quality groups, engineering design groups and North American assembly plants to identify and request changes for "North American Customer Preference" issues requiring changes in design, specifications or layout to better meet the customer expectations and desires for Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Chaired bi-monthly video meeting with TMC to discuss NA customer preference issues with responsible parties in TMC. Was TMS Resident Engineer for 2010 Sienna acting as liason between TMS PQ&SS, engineering and North American assembly plant to quickly identify and resolve quality issues prior to and during launch of redesigned Sienna minivan. Liason activities included residence at assembly plant for 12 weeks during launch of Sienna.
