In my role as Design Director, I lead a talented team of designers, motion designers, art directors, and video editors. I oversee every phase of creative development, from initial concept through to final execution, to ensure we're delivering impactful content across digital and social channels.With a hands-on approach, I collaborate closely with both internal teams and external specialists, including freelancers and production companies, to bring ambitious ideas to life. I’m involved in high-level strategy and pitches, driving innovation and refining our creative output to keep it fresh and relevant for brands like The North Face and beyond.

As Head of Creative Production, I oversaw the entire creative output with a specialised focus on video and photography production. This role deepened my involvement in the creative department, where I played a crucial role in pitching and securing campaigns for major brands like The North Face, Napapijri, KIA, and O’Neil.I was hands-on throughout the process—crafting treatments, selecting talent, directing shoots, and managing post-production. This position allowed me to merge strategic oversight with creative execution, ensuring every project was delivered at the highest quality and aligned with brand goals.

After four years of growth and team expansion, I stepped into the role of Senior Video Editor and Motion Designer. With a dedicated team of one graphic designer and two motion designers, I continued to refine our creative output and expand our capabilities. I took on a leadership role, guiding our video and motion graphics projects from concept to delivery. Creating and setting up workflows, filing systems and templates.Working with The North Face, Quiksilver, Napapijri, Microsoft, Lego, INEOS Grenadier.

As the sole designer at SHARE Creative for my first year, I managed a diverse workload covering videography, video editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and graphic design. This role was pivotal in developing my skill set, allowing me to take ownership of every aspect of content creation and digital marketing.I produced a variety of content, including TV commercials, social media campaigns, and digital billboard ads. This experience laid the foundation for building a talented team while ensuring high-quality, multi-platform content for our clients - Sky, Southern Comfort, The North Face, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth.
