I am a Sales Engineering Technologist in Electrical Power and Controls. I try to provide more than just product, striving to provide solutions. I am knowledgeable with lots of power products and their applications - mostly 25 kV and down. Most recent specialty has been Electric Motors and Adjustable Speed Drives (ASDs) aka Variable Frequency (VFDs). Have been a SME for products such as Switchgear, Transformers, Motors and Motor Control, VFD/ASDs, Circuit breakers, Power panels, Capacitors and Power Factor Correction solutions, Automatic Transfer Systems, Ground fault protection systems, and have good knowledge of all electrical Power equipment. I participate as much as possible in IEEE and API committees such as IEEE 303, 841, 1349, and 1566 and API 541, 546, and 547. I have done executive committee work for IEEE PCIC conferences in Calgary and Vancouver. I volunteer for various charities including Heart and Stroke foundation, Scouts Canada and Canadian Diabetes
