Worked two projects for Atwell LLC including Pattern Energy in Idaho and Nexamp in Texas as a hybrid position leasing land for solar projects. Developed potential owner lists for contact and discussion of either solar or easement land locations. Prepared GIS maps of potential locations for projects, title evaluations, phone numbers, emails, and addresses of each potential owner. Recorded notes and information in Salesforce and Teams software as well as in Excel Spreadsheets for each potential owner for Scout, Nexamp and Atwell. Produced almost 3500 leased solar acres for Scout and closed several solar easements for Nexamp. Met with Idaho State Officials, Bureau of Land Management in Idaho and researched regulations for the solar project. Maintained records of road conditions in areas of land considered for the projects for Scout and Nexamp. Recorded notes and information in Salesforce and Teams software as well as in Excel Spreadsheets for each potential owner for Scout, Nexamp and Atwell. Produced almost 3500 leased solar acres for Scout and closed several solar easements for Nexamp.

Represented Peregrine Energy for Dudley Land Company to develop and construct Utility Battery Storage Facilities in San Antonio and the Hill Country of Texas. Contacted owners and provided presentations regarding the purchase of 20-25 acres of land for a battery storage facility connected to utility transmission locations. Prepared all notes and contracts in Basecamp for Dudley Land Services and Peregrine Energy. Project ended.

Provided acquisition services for Pattern Energy through Vanguard Real Estate Solutions in Missouri and Illinois for solar operations. Interaction with landowners and community members through on-on-one meetings, townhall meetings, phone calls, emails, letters and Pattern mail correspondence to sign as many owners as possible. Prepared daily notes and updates to Excel Spreadsheets of contacts with owners and attorneys as required. Signed over 4000 acres for the solar project in Missouri and received a bonus for completion.

Worked as a Senior Right of Way Agent for Georgia Power in Atlanta area through Smith Real Estate Services to implement a new program of moving transmission lines from above ground to underground locations. Engaged assigned owners with notification and payments for removing transmission lines and placing underground on the owner's property. Prepared damage reports and daily notes of work completed. and resolved any issues with owners. Able to resolve and make payments for 100% of owners contacted.

Integrated real estate with oil and gas jobs as required to perform appraisals of properties. Generated sales leads through cold calls and referrals of prospective clients. Managed all contracts, negotiations of sales to finalize purchases. Exceeded target goals of completion of sales.

Worked as ROW Agent preparing line lists for oil and gas pipeline and rehab projects. Researched courthouse records to obtain ownership and deed information of owners for projects. Contacted owners for survey permission, rehab locations and purchase of easements for new pipelines. Prepared GIS maps as well as alignment sheets in preparation of rehab and pipeline easement completion. Prepared all check damage payments to owners for rehab and pipeline easements. Resolved any issues with survey and construction as required with land owners. Worked in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri for Enterprise Products, Phillips 66 and Conoco Phillips.
