Kotahi Logistics LP (NZ) is a freight management partnership between Fonterra and Silver Fern Farms, providing end to end global freight solutions to 50+ customer, both import and export. 1st Central is a car insurance company founded in April 2008 and sold over 2 million policies by 2015. • My role at Auckland Transport further developed my communication and organisational skills and gave me the capability to successfully resolve customer complaints • Monitored the ticketing and payment machines and identified discrepancies with the operation of these machines. Logged jobs with the technical repair company as soon as a problem arose to minimise customers disruption • Investigated and resolved any customer complaints and discrepancies that were escalated from the customer service department • Liaised with vendors to ensure any service breakdowns were promptly dealt with to not negatively affect customer journeys • Coordinated, advised and motivated the customer service team to ensure they were providing a great customer experience • Supported the large and varied Operations Team to ensure the system ran smoothly
