I am founder of KALEIDOSCOPE LGBTQ+ Project, a non-profit LGBTQ+ pop up based in Culver Square, Colchester, during Pride Month in June. Featuring a range of interactive experiences, including an art gallery, poetry wall, drag costume display and craft spaces, the project collects funds for local organisations Colchester Pride, Open Road, The OutHouse, and Colchester Engagement & Next Steps.With over 15 years management experience of coffee shops, cinemas and community organisations, I now transfer these skills into platforming creatives and promoting minority groups in public spaces.I am in the process of making KALEIDOSCOPE a CIO with the aim to expand across Essex for June 2025
