Absheron – Offshore Platform

• Integral involvement in an EPC project using the E3D Model programme and E3D Draw programme including modelling pipework and supporting the E3D model in accordance with project P & ID’s, line lists and data sheets.
• Worked closely with project leads and built relationships working with several clients and in house with the KBR team in Chennai, India.
• Oversaw a target number of isometrics to be issued every week, including updating of the 3D model and back drafting of piping isometrics.
• Managed the mentoring of a young apprentice.

Tortue FLNG – Phase 1- FLNG

• Integral involvement in generation and issued interface schematic documents and FLNG mooring analysis drawings using AutoCAD.
• Working closely with the job lead and eventually, directly with the client to ensure all issued drawings were delivered within the required time frame and to Code One standard.

Dupont Tyvek Line 8 – Onshore Polyethylene Plant

• Produced pipeline isometrics to enable stress analysis to take place and subsequent PDMS model update/modification to pipelines when deemed necessary.
• Updated and reissued the isometrics for construction, ensuring that no clashes exist within the PDMS model and the isometrics were in accordance with the latest project P & ID’s, line lists and data sheets.
• Delivered high level communication with other colleagues on the project from all disciplines.

Karabagh Pre-FEED - Offshore

• Managed the Pre-FEED period of the project, modelling piping, equipment and structures using PDMS and E3D.
• Communicated with other departments and more experienced members, to achieve the deliverables within the required time frame. Involved in the final client review meeting.

NLNG BOG Compressor FEED – Onshore Plant

• Worked within the Shell IPT Group, accountable for the 3D modelling of all pipework and equipment on the project using PDMS.
• Delegated the work within the small team, including organising dates and schedule for general and piping arrangement drawings and P & ID’s which were issued for comment, and subsequently issued for construction.
• Managed project meetings involving the client for the duration of the project, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
• Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation in Recognition of Outstanding Performance and Commitment to Excellence, from the President and CEO of KBR.

Future Biogas – Liquid Feeding System – Onshore Plant

• Responsible for coordinating the laser scans across multiple sites, which was carried out by an out-of-office contract team.
• Routed new pipework and equipment layout, which was modelled in E3D in accordance with the laser scan.
• Delivered several key aspects for the project including piping arrangement drawings and the 3D model and managed a small project team.

Canada LNG -– Onshore Plant

• Integral involved in the production of MTO’s, pipe isometrics and general arrangement drawing, using SmartPlant 3D to model additional pipelines and equipment to an existing live model.

Nigeria LNG – Brownfield Tie-ins – Onshore

• Oversaw using PDMS, the modelling and tie-ins to the existing live model, working closely and communicating with other disciplines and team members.
• Involved in internal model reviews and delivery of piping isometrics and arrangement drawings.

Johan Sverdrup Living Quarters – Offshore

• Worked closely with the HVAC department on the JSLQ Project.
• Managed the 3D modelling of the sewage and potable water pipework systems on PDMS.
• Organised dates and schedule for General Arrangement drawings and P & ID’s to be issued for construction.

Culzean Field Development – Offshore

• Integral involvement in offshore oil and gas study, working with the live PDMS Design model on all three platforms
• Worked within a small team responsible for producing the MTO for the CPF platform which was completed successfully and within the required time period.
• Contributed to the final 3D model handover to Singapore office by checking the model equipment sizes in accordance with the mechanical data sheets

Eni Mozambique – Onshore

• Participated in the FEED period of this FLNG modelling work in PDMS Design, including piping, equipment, HVAC and structure.
• Managed two power generation modules and involved in the client review meetings throughout the project including the final client hand-over.

Shah Deniz 2 – Onshore

• Involved in the execution stage of the onshore development concept that was engineered during the Define stage which was based on a gas and condensate processing complex located adjacent to the existing Stage 1 facility.
• Accountable for the cross checking the PDMS model against the project P & ID’s and resolving any differences. The modifications to pipework and equipment was actioned whilst working to the appropriate change control.

PTT Cash Maple/South Arne - FLNG

• Involved in the Pre- FEED period of this FLNG modelling work in PDMS Design, including piping, equipment, HVAC and structure.
• Modelled pipework from PFD’s and equipment from information in the MEL.
• Assisted in client review meetings for both projects including the final client hand-overs

• Built experience supporting on several projects using AutoCAD, SmartSketch and modelling work in SmartPlant 3D.
