Responsible for the design and implementation of the overall Transport and Logistics strategy and plan for all participating Teams, match officials and key stakeholders for Cricket World Cup 2019.

• Multi-million pound budget review and forecasting across RFU performance pathway • Established the National Performance Programme • Support age group Team Managers to achieve highest standards of operational support for World Cup and Six Nations tournament participation. • Managed the RFU Logistics Manager and oversaw the RFU's relationship with its warehouse and logistics provider to deliver improvements to stock control systems and procedures.

I was responsible for managing all services and functions required to support the successful operation of the England Senior Men’s TeamKey responsibilities: • Annual forecasting and management of multi-million pound operational budget to service England Senior Team. • Working in conjunction with England Head Coach to set the squad itinerary for all core periods• Ensuring, along with the England Head Coach and Head of Rugby Operations, that all administrative functions efficiently fulfilled.• England Senior Team’s lead contact for all tournament operations and officials• Working with the performance staff (coaching, medical, strength & conditioning) to assess and collate a full scope of team operations requirements. • Responsible for identifying domestic and international training and accommodation facilities to meet these needs, agreeing contractual arrangements and acting as the relationship owner with the venues. • Liaison with foreign Unions and Federations to plan and agree international tour arrangements. Accountable for all freight, transportation, visa and security associated with overseas travel. • Working in partnership with RFU Commercial department and major sponsors such as O2, QBE, and Eden Park to develop sponsorship activation plans

Invitation appointment to the 2017 Management Team, responsible for the design and delivery of the logistics strategy covering 15 UK, Ireland and New Zealand training and hotel bases through the training fortnight and six-week tour. Key responsibilities: • Leadership of the advance party group to prepare all team training ground and accommodation facilities in advance of team’s arrival and ensure all requirements and functions in place and delivered.• Communication and co-ordination with all Lions staff and departments relating to international and domestic logistics• Acted as a key liaison for the major commercial partners (including Canterbury, Land Rover, Rhino)
