I oversaw and maintained financial stability, operational success, and continued growth for the nation's leading traffic pole manufacturer with locations in the US and Canada. My role involved directing financial and operational aspects for five companies worth a combined $80M with over 400 employees. I also conceptualized, developed, and executed short and long-term business plans, addressing tactical issues while maintaining strategic market position. I ensured proper operational controls, business development processes, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems were in place to effectively grow organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. While working here, I directed financial, IT, and purchasing processes for a $70M business, developing a comprehensive strategic financial outlook to guide decisions. I established finance operational strategies, evaluating trends, establishing measurements, and designing systems. I also ensured that effective internal controls were in place and in compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws.
