Responsible for all product development, certification activities, and product support for FAA Certified Tuned Exhaust Systems.Bottom up design of high-performance tuned exhaust systems for GA aircraft including design, testing, and FAA STC/PMA certification for all new products. Supervise initial manufacturing, quality control, and product support for all new and existing products. Designed high-speed data acquisition system to sense and record data from multiple sensors at sample rates sufficient to map intake and exhaust pressures across a single combustion event, in flight. Also wrote the software (VB.net) for the DAQ.Designed and support company-wide customer, lead, and product management database (including invoicing, purchase orders, and inspection systems).Obtained ODAR designation and created ODA application package, including ODA manual. Attended FAA ODA Administrator Training.

Worked as a supporting and then sole engineer for a turbine powered, high performance, all-composite experimental aircraft.Performed aerodynamic and structural analysis, as well as detail design of many aircraft components. Worked extensively with aerospace composite design and manufacture.
