• Outbound calls to educate merchants on PCI Compliance and IRS 6050W Requirements;Assisted high risk accounts in becoming compliant, i.e. Level 3 merchants, breached accounts, excessive declines;• Assist the Risk department with breached accounts as necessary;• Assist in retaining merchants accounts requesting to cancel due to compliance related concerns;• Address merchant questions in regards to Compliance issues, i.e. PCI and IRS 6050W Reporting;• Independently research Compliance industry trends and updates;• Assist with processing monthly statement message and preparation of monthly billing files;• Assist with reporting to card brands and acquiring relationships; marketing, administrative tasks, and new idea development.• Maintain relationships with outside vendors, merchants and sales agents;• Assist with identifying internal/external training needs;• Assist with all department projects which could include, but will not be limited to: research, process flows, incorporate new policies and procedures for North American Bancard and their subsidiaries.
