From writing the project for submission for approval to acting as liaison between plant and vendors to managing the sub-contractors for the project. Including the budgeting of the expenses for the project. Working with vendors located outside the US as well.

Member of the Process Control team within the IT department. Our project is to implement new Process Control software across the country in our manufacturing facilities. Job is to act as the liaison between software vendor and our facilities for scheduling, data build and implementation cohesion. Acting as Project Manager for 6-8 projects per year. Tracking finances, hosting weekly meetings, directing actions toward project completion.

Manager of the retail warehousing and mail order business. Worked closely with management for the fulfillment business and supplying the retail store.

Manged a group of warehouse planners. Our group started the planning process and helped to build the DRP system. Covered half of the country with this group.

Member of the Manufacturing team to implement the JD Edwards ERP across the country in our manufacturing plants. Quickly became one of the leads for this. During this time also became a member of our Bill of materials group to verify information prior to install.
