Tom was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado and graduated from the Business School at the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sales. He began his real estate practice straight out of college and during the past 20 plus years ago and he has helped more than 1,000 clients and customers buy and sell homes. Though based in Boulder the scope of his service base includes many surrounding metro communities including Denver, Longmont, Lafayette, Louisville, Arvada and Broomfield. Tom’s experience is unique having worked for nearly 20 custom and production builders during his career making him a true expert in the new home – new community market. Recently he worked for the world’s largest and leading Active Adult specialist Del Webb. The service he provides guides home buyer’s and seller’s through a professionally sound, successful real estate transaction. He is able to provide this expert service by utilizing the invaluable knowledge acquired from his extensive training as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and through his 20 plus years of experience gained while actively participating in the real estate market. Tom is focused on putting the best interests of his clients first and he strives to deliver world-class quality service creating an experience for his clients. Tom is married to his wife of 20+ years and has three teenage children. His loves to golf, ski, hike, ride motorcycles and cook.
