IT and SI company like Oracle, Taiji etc. 3）Responsible for Strategic Business Develop, and build up smart city team to support central and local government client. Win Smart Dongying and Qufu planning project and related smart solution.

Unicore is focusing on the industrialization of Beidou and advanced GNSS professional applications by innovating on technology breakthroughs. Through enhanced integration of horizontal and vertical industrial chains, Unicore will provide turn-key LBS solutions in both GNSS professional field and consumer navigation industry. I direct report to CEO and responsible for key account ( central government and military department ) develop and related government affair, corporate ecological system building and strategic business development like financing , M&A and Pre-IPO.

1) Defines optimal Location Intelligence(MapInfo) product portfolio to meet identified market opportunities specific to the Greater China Region.2) Take lead the key business development manager to develop new vertical like utility, public security, retail and FMCG.3）Seek appropriate sources of content to power required Pitney Bowes Business Insight products in the region. This will involve active participation in the contractual negotiation phase to ensure appropriate business terms are achieved.4) Support the organization and our nominated channel through effective creation and communication of product mix and product roadmaps to ensure appropriate business planning and sales execution.5) Research market opportunities for Pitney Bowes Business Insight products and support investment proposals for localization through the creation of business cases.

1)Manage 6 consultant team and dedicated directly responsible for more than 30 key specific account (focus on State government and state-own enterprises) in two years, including the state government agency: the ministry of water resources, the state meteorological administration, state seismological bureau, the national development and reform commission, state quality inspection administration and ministry of public security institution, etc State-own enterprise: China petro, China, China telecom, China oil etc. Mostly I need on-site communication with customer and presentation, then draft proposal or biding to implement full sales-cycle.2) Develop sales guidelines, including size and buying power for industry customer sets, for strategic account coverage. 3) Build separate key account pipeline and forecast, coordinate with JV resource to achieve the quotation.4) Competitor monitoring, to provide regular progress about competitors and marketing activities in progress5) Pilot cases and success story were collected and organized;6) Organizational products brochure and sales toolkits development, and support macro marketing and campaigns

1) Assist in the development of the Geospatial Autodesk products in China business development strategy; Autodesk Geospatial assist in the development of products and pricing strategies to expand the channel; 2) Translated and edited Autodesk Geospatial Product documentation; 3) Focus the technical support : support developers in the survey and mapping industry, planning trades, mining etc, improving the technical assistance program;4) Autodesk kinds of work arrangements, including visits by customers, channel training, technical lectures.
