He has a deep knowledge of the legal sector’s evolving trends and unique space needs and advises many of the leading law firms globally on their occupancy strategies.​A creative dealmaker and skilled consensus-builder, Mr. Sutherland has extensive experience representing some of the world’s most respected legal, financial, and consulting firms including Holland & Knight, IBM, First American Corp., Atmos Energy, and Mary Kay. ​Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was an Executive Vice President at Colliers International. Subsequently, Mr. Sutherland owned a successful brokerage firm, CASE Commercial Real Estate, headquartered in Texas, with offices in Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio (sold to Colliers in 2015). ​
