Grew the business by at least 10% each year as well as expanded our programs and services by targeting new markets. In six years, we tripled in operation and significantly increased services and outreach to the community. Led the association by growing program and membership each year by 10% or more. Developed, trained and led a strong team of committed professionals, both full and part-time, who were passionate about providing meaningful experiences for our customers. Served as the project lead for the planning, development, construction and operations of a new, 70,000 square foot YMCA facility that exceeded sales, service and revenue targets. Created and implemented systems, policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient culture committed to continuous improvement.
