Senior Manager in KPMG Law’s Business Structuring and Transactions team. Prior to joining KPMG Law in 2019 I gained extensive experience in corporate restructurings across a range stress / distress in the corporate lifecycle. Since joining KPMG I have augmented this experience by working in a multi-disciplinary environment (tax, accounting, consulting, corporate finance, law +) and I specialise in delivering and project managing business reorganisations, legal entity reduction projects and general corporate transactions & structuring both internationally and domestically. KPMG Law is a fast-growing business which is disrupting the traditional private practice legal services market through several key differentiating factors. These differentiators include a global multi-disciplinary footprint, a fully integrated professional services model and technology enablement. I am based in the Midlands (having been so for the majority of my career) but have also worked in another jurisdiction having spent time on secondment in Sydney, Australia.
