I led FP&A and accounting organizations for several communications and data infrastructure companies. My expertise on end products encompasses SaaS, software licensing, hardware, semiconductor, support contracts, and professional servicesI partnered with the CFO, executive leadership teams and equity owners of these companies to model and execute the operating plan, financial plan, near-term targets, and strategic initiatives that included business restructuring, acquisitions, divestitures, IPO and change of ownership.I guided the FP&A team to collaborate with senior leadership to plan, track metrics and achieve the annual plan seven times over the last ten years.
