Westland, Michigan, United States

Launched a new eCommerce division of the Westland, MI store. Lead a new unit of the store with 20+ team member that ramped up to over 75 during seasonal peak time. Fulfilled online customer orders at an aver of over 2,000 packaged per day. Achieved 99% on-time rates since inception in July. Averaging 12% of the stores’ revenue YTD, while the entire company is only at 3% eCommerce revenue. Daily manage workload, staffing, and communications with other departments.

Greater Tampa Bay Area

Guide the overall customer strategy for 20+ customers within the Enterprise Channel. Including establishing KPI’s, benchmarking cost savings and measuring performance for these customers. Manage individuals responsible for the Operations, Customer Service and data analytics of these accounts. Work closely with customer from implementation stage to help analyze, optimize and review best practices for their supply chains.
