Subject matter expert in the implementation and certification of the Earned Value Management System for General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. This includes supporting audits with DCMA, providing training, updating EVM System Description and procedures, and representing General Atomics at NDIA meetings regarding EVM policy issues.• Key role in the implementation of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) process and procedures for the General Atomics Aeronautical leading to anticipated DCMA Validation• Provide training and assistance to managers in cost/schedule integration and Earned Value Management• Successful completion of routine DCMA EVMS Surveillance since 2008• Member of NDIA Program Management Systems Committee (PMSC) Clearinghouse Working Group
