Managed and developed the global 24/7 support function, including managing four separate teams.• Introduced a structured training programme to develop engineers aligning with function requirements and ensuring team career development• Produced standard onboarding processes for all new hires and developed networking labs for the Sohonet Interview process.

Managed and developed the European support function, including line management of the team. Project managed all complex deliveries, including customer solution implementations, core maintenance and device upgrades.• Instigation of the company's Support function, including the team structure, operating processes and escalation policies.• 10Gb/s Firewall solution implementation and deployment for multiple North American sites.

Acted as the technical lead for the team and supported the manager with day-to-day operations while encouraging development within the team. Supported the Sales team by attending client meetings and developing pre-sale solutions.• Management and technical configuration of a 24-site international MPLS layer 3 VPN deployment.• Key customer reconfiguration and installation to support diversely routed customer networks utilising BGP over IPSEC VPNs, similar to modern SD-WAN implementation.

Worked on network projects while supporting customers as required.• Testing, implementing and documenting OpenNMS to replace the legacy limited monitoring system.• Campus Wireless - Research, testing and implementation of Sohonet wireless products for Studios such as Pinewood Studios, and Shepperton Studios.
