The levels of the positions include technical specialists, managers, directors, and vice presidents. Hawthorn Pharmaceuticals is a specialty pharmaceutical company that focuses mainly in the cough/cold and pain markets. As a Sales Representative I was directly responsible for the growth and promotion of cough/cold and pain prescription medications in southern and central NJ territories.• Responsible for interacting with 10-12 physicians per day to promote cough and cold medications to meet the needs of their patients.• Responsible for 5-10 pharmacist calls per day to ensure the stocking of products on the pharmacy shelves and relaying new product information to the pharmacists.• Experienced in conducting business meetings in front of large or small groups of physicians to further promote medications. • Have extensive experience in selling narcotic and non- narcotic medications.

Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is a coordinating center for clinical research. As a Clinical Research Specialist I was involved directly with the management of Phase 3 drug trials for cardiology research.• Involved with the daily collection of data from 26 site based research facilities. • Proofread the data looking for any discrepancies that do not agree with the protocol.• Coordinated with the doctor and co-workers on daily tasks that need to be completed in a timely fashion.• Updated spreadsheets and create new databases to ensure data collection.

MedEast Post-Op & Surgical, Inc is a private owned company that is a provider of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). As a Sales Representative and Territory Manager I was responsible for direct sales and third party sales for the lower (5) southern counties in New Jersey, as well as the state of Delaware. Experience includes working with medical clinics, doctor’s offices, surgical centers and hospitals. Responsibilities include the following:• Interface directly with doctors and medical staff to insure that their patients are prescribed and fitted with the most effective bracing and medical equipment on the market• Developed and wrote sales and program proposals. • Established stock and bill accounts with doctor offices and medical centers in order to have medical equipment readily available for patients at time of need.• Experience in measuring, fitting and selling orthopedic bracing including the following manufactures: Bledsoe, DonJoy and Breg.• Other product lines include Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machines, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) machines, and Bone Stims.• The territory that I was assigned had been previously neglected and was not being serviced for more than a year. Annual sales from this territory were less than $50K. In less than a year I was able to establish 5 new accounts and brought the annual sales revenue up to $250K.
