- Provided regulatory and transactional support for the transfer of the power and gas supply businesses from a vertically integrated public utility (PSE&G) to affiliated power (PSEG Power LLC) and trading (PSEG Energy Resources & Trade LLC) companies. Managed team to successfully resolve contract issues resulting from restructuring. Advised senior management on the creation and legal structure of new business initiatives within the restructured businesses. - Acted as lead regulatory and transactional counsel for the gas supply function. Represented the company in interstate pipeline rate and service matters at FERC and cost recovery matters at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.- Supported pipeline development and represented PSE&G before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities on gas distribution rate and service matters, demand side management/energy efficiency, real property matters, structured service agreements with large volume customers and miscellaneous tariff, rate and service matters.
