• Led the Global Run the Bank (RTB) HR Technology team with 30+ employees in the UK and India.• Part of the HR Technology and Change Leadership team overseeing major strategic transformation initiatives.• Key projects include the HR Data Hub and APIs, the Colleague Experience Layer, and the build out of the HR Technology teams in Pune and Chennai.• Acted as the Accountable Technology Executive for the RFP process to identify a new provider for Workflow and Case Management for HR Operations.• Led the program (BICEP) to remove legacy technical debt from the estate to minimise our technology risk profile across the broader Functions Technology group.• Led the effort to optimise and shape our location strategy.

• Head of International HR Technology and the Global Payroll Technology lead with teams in London, Glasgow, Hong Kong, India, and New York.• Key later projects included the oversight for the development of a “Fit and Proper” assessment tool under the UK Senior Managers Regime, responsibility for the global delivery of the Workday Absence Management functionality, and FORCE.COM tools to enable UK employees to make income waivers to pension funds and charities, and Asia employees to request various types of references.• Regulatory point person for HR Technology across a number of different initiatives including UK Senior Managers Regime, Russia Data Domestication, MIFID II, and GDPR.• Oversight and prioritisation of on-going enhancements/regulatory changes for a suite of applications, both internally built and 3rd party, in partnership with stakeholders in HR, Finance, and beyond.• Part of the ‘Project Aurora’ HR transformation team that launched Workday and Taleo in November 2013.• Led the team to develop and deliver a number of key HR and Payroll employee self-service applications during this time.• Built out HR Technology teams and capability in a variety of locations such as London, Asia, India and Glasgow.• Additional local management duties for the International Tax and Corporate Services IT teams where their Functional Leadership was based out of New York.
