I have worked in the Capacity of Sales Strategy and Development Director in the region for 1 year and remainder of the time worked as Right Store and Capability Director. In My SS&D Role I was leading the Sales Strategy for Coffee Category and also involved in building the Perfect Store Play Book for Russia, South Africa, GCC, Turkey and Ukraine being my focused markets. In the Right Store Capacity I have led the RTM Capability work for Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Nigeria, Egypt and Russia.

Set up the team that created the Modern trade script for ReckittBenckiser. I was personally leading the negotiation of trading terms with the emerging Modern retailers in the country. Set up terms of trade with international retailers like Makro, WalMart and Tesco as they ventured into India.

South Africa

I was responsible for delivering the Net Revenue and Margin Targets for Pick n Pay and Clicks, 2 leading South African retailers by leading the execution of Category Development Plans across the Reckitt Benckiser portfolio of brands.

I was responsible for leading the Channel Strategy and development plans for Pampers and Always (P&G Brands) across the Arabian Peninsula. My Performance was measured both on financials and the key category sales KPI's.
