Thompson (known as Tom). I am a leading tree expert specialising in all aspects of BS5837 tree reports, arboricultural impact assessments, and arboricultural method statements required for you planning submissions. Over the last 15 years I've been involved in all aspects of tree related planning submissions, initially as a tree officer and more recently as a consultant so I know exactly what the tree officers require.The systems that I have created has helped my clients gain more certainty over the planning process in relation to trees, resulting in more positive planning applications with fewer delays and less time-consuming conditions.Maybe you have experienced annoying delays, when at the last-minute planning officers inform you that your submission in not acceptable to the tree officer, and that you have to supply additional information, that you have additional conditions, or worse of all that your application is refused altogether.Instead, what you want is to have more certainty that your submissions will be accepted and approved first time around, without any delay, and with fewer conditions.
