Served as Administrator for multi-controller Shoretel with 900+ user VoIP voice system. • Directed complex, multi-departmental support team in nine-states, 115 point-of-sale sites hardware/software upgrade while ensuring uninterrupted daily operations throughout upgrade process. • Served as IT Project Manager for highly-effective acquisitions of 11 companies. • Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 through continuous risk analysis, mitigation and documentation.• Manage IT department personnel including annual goal determination, appraisal and pay reviews, career development and discipline. • Develop and monitor annual department budget.
