Duty Manager
Current- Customer service role, meeting guests on arrival and welcoming them into the world of the escape room, handling payments and any special needs and requirements.
- Overseeing training of staff members and conducting performance reviews, ensuring the companies’ high standards of performance and customer service are met at all times.
- Organization of show bookings (“See Tickets” and “designmynight” booking software) and formation of staff member’s daily rotas (Microsoft Excel).
- Liaising with other staff members, ensuring good communication between departments and strong team morale.
- Organizing and overseeing corporate events and parties.
- Developing new creative content and keeping the brand fresh and vibrant.
