• Participate in the development of the marketing strategy for international markets.• Provide support to specified contracted in-market resources for marketing activities undertaken in identified markets.• Prime liaison point for International Markets of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia – for both internal and external stakeholders.• Participates in contract development and is responsible for contract management and administration to ensure successful service delivery.• Continuously reviews the provision of services and recommends improved efficiencies and improvements.• Provides market intelligence and advice to tourism operators wanting to market their products in the international markets and make operators aware of opportunities to participate in Tourism Western Australia campaigns.• Act as an intermediary between local industry operators and Tourism Western Australia’s contracted marketing resources in the international markets, including updating in-market contractors on WA industry operators and activities.• Develops and maintains commercial and strategic relationships with key operators, suppliers, airlines and Regional Tourism Organisations.• Works with relevant Inbound Tour Operators nationally to encourage the effective promotion of WA product.• Assists in identifying product needs of relevant markets and provide such information to the West Australian industry.
