Currently a member of the Court Services Department at Elgin Mental Health Center. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of mental health court as well as guardianship and advanced directives. Works directly with the Kane County Chief Judge's Office, Kane Co. State's Attorney, Kane Co. Public Defender, and Kane Co. Clerk. Provide guidance and training to staff on the legal issues for involuntary commitment, involuntary medication, guardianship, and advanced directives. I also assist the department director in coordinating legal issues for NGRI (Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity) patients. Duties include coordinating legal issues surrounding both pass and conditional release privileges for NGRI patients with the courts. Also, I maintain as well as provide guidance and training to staff for Sex Offender and Murderer-Violent Offender Against Youth registries on patients at EMHC.

As a member of the Prospects1500 staff, responsible for providing and maintaining a list of the Cubs top 50 prospects. In addition, responsible for providing insight on Cubs prospects throughout the season.

As a reporter for Cubs Den, responsible for Off-season coverage, including a weekly recap of games in the Arizona Fall League and all games including Cubs' prospects in the Caribbean Winter Leagues and the Australian Baseball League. I also attend games throughout the Cubs minor league system, interview players and front office personnel, photograph players in action, and provide profiles on Cubs minor league players. Have been a frequent guest on WSBT Radio Sportsbeat program in South Bend, IN. Including appearing during the baseball season, I have appeared in a six week series for the past 6 years profiling Cubs' minor league players with hosts Darin Pritchett and Sean Stiers.As a reporter for ChicagoCubsOnline, was responsible for covering the minor league system of the Chicago Cubs. Duties include producing a tri-weekly column providing games summaries of every game played by teams from Triple-A to Short-Season A. Will also provide "mini" summaries of games played in the Rookie League along with weekly summaries of play by Cubs' teams in the Dominican Summer League and the Venezuelan Summer League. Have also included a weekly Minor League Notes article published on the weekends. Have also been responsible for producing several articles on the Schaumburg Boomers of the independent Frontier League.

Duties as a Social Worker in Community Psychiatric Services include: Individual, group, and family therapy with acutely psychotic individuals, as well as discharge planning.

Provided individual and family counseling as well as case management to wards of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Duties were performed in the field which included Chicago Housing Authority residences such as Cabrini Green Homes, Robert Taylor Homes, Dearborn Street Homes, and others.

Provided a safe and supportive learning environment for students with severe educational issues. The student were contracted out from local school districts for more intensive treatment. Among the severe mental health and developmental disability issues experienced by the students include autism, psychosis, mood disorder, and developmental delays.
