Urban innovation, process and organizational learning in sustainable urban transformation, Positive Energy Districts, New European Bauhaus.

Team lead of "Participatory design lab" - group of social scientists focused on stakeholder engagement in research and urban innovation projects. We are working within interdisciplinary project group focused on SMART Cities, sustainable cities and Positive energy districts. In my research, I focus on methods of stakeholder engagement in urban innovation ecosystems and urban experiments, especially in the energy sector and urban infrastructure projects.

Project “Support of Processes in Social Services” focused on assistive technology in social services and SMART housing. The project team worked on strategy for implementation of assistive technology into home-based services in Czech Republic. Within the interdisciplinary group I focused on human factors, autonomy support and participatory design.

Longitudinal research project: “Cognitive Determinants of Health Ageing in Elderly” including setting norms for diagnostic methods.

YMPG is program for young people developing their knowledge and skills regarding project management. It is not just a course, but a complex program consisting of theoretical preparation, training, supervision and real life learning.

During one week of April, the annual EFPSA Congress fascinates and inspires around 350 psychology students from all over Europe every year. With a rich agenda of scientific contributions from students, researchers and experienced academics, as well as opportunities for cultural and social exchange, the Congress is an outstanding highlight of the EFPSA year.

ČASP z.s., the Czech Association of Psychology Students provides a unique background for active students willing to develop their skills and transform their theoretical knowledge into real experience. Main goals: • Promote communication and cooperation between students of psychology in the Czech Republic • Facilitate students'​ professional development • Support students' activities aimed at the general public • Promote psychology and its good public image • Active cooperation with EFPSA (European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations)
