Teacher - Coach - Executive Director in the "Florida" of China. Zhongshan is on the SE corner of the country with a climate identical to South Florida. Teams from all over the country come to train and be trained. We designed and built a new professional baseball stadium (see link below of Opening Ceremony), a 600-bed dormitory/academy, and a new headquarters (photos below). The four club teams ("Pandas") based in Zhongshan, aged 18U, 15U, 12U, & 10U, all won the 2019 China National Championship for their respective age groups.

Hong Kong

The HK Men's national team had never recorded a win at the Asian Games. We won three in the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, played in the fifth place game, which is as high as Hong Kong will EVER go (we cannot touch the big four, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China). In one year, our WBSC World Ranking improved more than any other country, rising from #41 to #28. I also instituted a 12U program to round out their feeder system.

Converted a 32-acre abandoned gravel pit into a premier baseball complex. Raised more than five million dollars as president & CEO. Coordinated the selection process and ran annual Induction Weekend. Created Kids On Deck summer camp program and was head instructor. Public speaker on behalf of the Hall. Budget & Finance.
