For two seasons, I've been racing in the German Formula 3 championship as well as the highly competitive and famous Marlboro Masters of F3 in Zandvoort, where I finished 6th and best rookie in 2000.Because of underfunding I unfortunately haven't been able to continue my rise in motorsport, although I was able to learn a tremendous amount of skills that I still rely very much on today in my professional business carreer, not least to be determined and never give up no matter what you're facing.

After graduating from Karting, I moved to single seater racing. In 1999 I became the Belgian Champion and Vice-Benelux Champion in my rookie year in the Formula Ford racing series.

While growing up as a teenager and going to school, I started racing in the Junior outdoor Karting series and later on in the Formula A series in the Belgian, European and World Championships.In only my 4th race in my first year of racing in 1995, I finished 4th in the European Junior Championship.Later I went on to win the most qualification races for the European Championship Formula A in 1998 against people who built professional carreers like Double Formula 1 World Champion Fernando Alonso.
