• Safeguard the mid- and long-term strategy of STAR to improve quality and increase member engagement • Provide advice and feedback on (new) plans, strategical, and/or tactical issues of the STAR board • Maintain a critical perspective of the organization and ensure to make well-considered decisions • Support board members in personal development during the year through coaching on individual level

• Heading Europe's largest student ruled study association daily together with eight fellow board members • Leading all IT activities which includes maintaining healthy IT systems through contact with internal/external stakeholders, managing the Erasmus Recruitment Platform, supporting decision making with data and optimizing the online presence of all flagship projects• Considering emerging technologies and implementing process improvements to prepare for the future by performing sprints according to the agile scrum method• Leading all recruitment processes surrounding the hiring of more than 300 active members

• Supporting professors by helping to supervise workshops of different BSc courses and marking assignments/exams • Guiding students on an individual level being the first contact person for course-related questions

• Compiling and maintaining the annual budget of STAR’s HR department• Performing the financial administration throughout the year and (dis-)approving the expenses

• Repositioning DSM Delvotest (milk test) within DSM’s strategy, finding out ways to better profile Delvotest from a marketing perspective and considering how to better address the target group • Performing data analysis to identify opportunities in the market and to map competitors for the dairy department • Prepare, create, and deliver key client presentations to evaluate the current collaboration and to identify opportunities to expand cooperation • Conducting research in the plant-based beverages market to find out where the market is moving and to discover potential possibilities for DSM

• Planning the introduction week for the 1500 first-year students at Rotterdam School of Management • Organizing and coordinating the activities, making schedules, and supporting fellow committee members to make sure getting everything done at the right time and place

• Teaching two classes of 25 students almost every week from September to January• Supervising the students at an individual level and being the point of contact when personal problems arose
